REFI is pleased to announce the launch of its 2019 Commercial Real Estate Awards, honoring excellence in middle-market focused companies around the U.S. as well as the industry’s rising stars. The awards will be announced at an evening ceremony at the JW Marriott Essex House New York on Wednesday, February 26.
Our focus on the middle market represents a significant change for our awards program, which in the past focused on deals of all sizes. Middle-market investment transactions make up the bulk of commercial real estate deals in the U.S. and we’d like to honor the innovation and achievement we’re seeing in that part of the market.
We’re also going to be taking time this year to single out 10 rising stars of commercial real estate. For this category, we’re looking for individuals who have been active in the market for less than 10 years but are truly leaders and innovators in their fields.
