The Credit Union Employee Boot Camp will be a half-day virtual event. The session is designed to provide a review of key areas, enabling participants to better understand their role in assisting members with their questions, beginning with an overview of credit union history, industry specific terms and related organizations.
Specifically created for new employees, many long-term credit union employees including managers have benefited from the topics discussed and learned about protocols and procedures in place at other credit unions.

• Security Overview (includes cash handling, robbery, identity theft, and confidentiality)
• Negotiable Instruments
• Compliance Overview (includes Truth-in-Savings, Reg B, CC, E, and Bank Secrecy Act/OFA)
