Following a successful launch in 2020, the Credit Services Association's Learning & Development Conference returns to highlight its commitment to professional development.

Moving to an online format for 2021, the event will again focus on championing people development and promoting collections as a credible career path in Financial Services. As an award-winning provider of professional qualifications and apprenticeships, this event is aimed to enhance the reputation of the industry by promoting its commitment to well trained and skilled people.

The event will serve a diverse range of job roles across (and outside of) the sector attracting in-house collection teams, Senior Managers, L&D professionals/Training Managers as well as current CSA apprentices and their employers. It will assist in helping delegates gain further knowledge and insight on industry-related qualifications, developments and changes.

The programme will offer a host of expert speakers across a number of disciplines to help attendees upskill and develop further in their roles.
