• Master the fair lending requirements of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and the Servicemember’s Civil Relief Act
• Identify how to make your advertisements for both closed-end and open-end loan products compliant with Regulation Z.
