The real estate transfer tax is the focus of several areas of discussion:
• Opinions differ as to what need for change the law to modernize partnership law (MoPeG) entails.
• the real estate transfer tax was identified as an obstacle to the purchase of residential property . The coalition agreement of the traffic light government therefore announces a corresponding reduction for certain groups of people . But which points must be taken into account here for a constitutional regulation?
• Share deals are again on the agenda.
This event has developed a “Modernization Model for Real Estate Transfer Tax Law” (MoMo). It is intended to prevent design changes more effectively than the current regulations and at the same time reduce complexity. As a counterweight, a modified “group clause” (so-called funnel solution) is being considered.
