The latest estimates from IDC predict a more than threefold increase in the volume of data generated by companies by 2026. From this growth arises two major difficulties which companies will increasingly face. The first is related to governance because the data created is currently replicated nearly 8 times within organizations. The second relates to scaling up, with the expected doubling of the share of data analyzed by companies within four years, all in a context of the rise of unstructured data, the IoT and the AI.
