The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Commercial Real Estate webinar series seeks to advance the conversation around opportunities and challenges facing the industry and the important role of diversity, equity and inclusion in creating a better tomorrow.

Affordable housing plays a key role in creating successful communities. A recent report by the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) found that there are only 37 affordable and available rental homes for every 100 extremely low-income renter households nationwide. While barriers to inclusion still exist, advancements in technology, innovation and industry disruption are all contributing to an expanded vision of affordable housing.

This conversation will explore strategies for improving housing inclusion through innovation, policy and capital solutions, including:
