This event will have the opportunity to meet and talk with fellow CIMA members from around the area.
Due to the continued COVID-19 restrictions we are unable to host our usual area events programme. Therefore, we will be hosting monthly Virtual Business Forums, which will provide an opportunity to share expertise, knowledge, wisdom, ideas and experience of people across a range of businesses in a friendly, informal and confidential setting.
During this session, the speaker will discuss why it’s so important for any business to develop strategic objectives along with the actions required to achieve them, and the steps accountants can take to help their business or their clients to put this into practice.
