This event is a two-day technical conference for developers, operations teams, system administrators, and anyone else, whether expert or beginner, involved in technology. With technology and responsibilities crossing over spaces, DevOps is a movement that rapidly spread through the tech community along with the adoption of agile techniques.

DevOpsDays take place all over the world as self-organized events in which community members who are passionate about their work gather, participate, and learn. The format of keynotes, ignites, workshops, and open spaces is unique to this event. It is highly interactive and invigorating for attendees.

Devopsdays is a worldwide series of technical conferences covering topics of software development, IT infrastructure operations, and the intersection between them. Each event is run by volunteers from the local area.

Most devopsdays events feature a combination of curated talks (see open Calls for Proposals) and self organized open space content. Topics often include automation, testing, security, and organizational culture.

The devopsdays global core organizer team guides local organizers in hosting their own devopsdays events worldwide. Active global core organizers onboard and guide events, answer questions, and maintain the website. Advisory global core organizers are less involved day-to-day but weigh in on important matters and assist as needed. Emeritus global core organizers are no longer involved in the core team; we thank them for their past efforts.
