More efficient, more digital, more mobile: What does the office look like in an intelligent working world?
On May 18, 2022, over 900 participants came together virtually at our #doc22 digital conference. More than 50 top-class speakers from business, politics and science took part in a 9-hour program with almost 30 sessions to discuss this central question: How can we make work in intelligent organizations efficient, location-independent and competitive?
This year's #doc22 showed that hybrid working models are here to stay and how important it is to take people with you in the digital transformation! A major technical focus was on how processes can be designed to be lean, secure and resilient. On our YouTube channel you have the opportunity to watch lectures or discussions again afterwards.
With a series of exciting panel discussions and specialist lectures, inspiring keynotes and interactive workshops, this year's conference addressed the topics of digital workplace, intelligent automation, compliance and transformation .
Subjects:
Digital workplace
A digital workplace is more than just a laptop, smartphone and headphones. Here, employees can access all the information, tools and applications they need from anywhere and organize themselves in the best possible way - whether in the office or remotely. A powerful digital workplace helps with process optimization and quality assurance and at the same time ensures that all players are well networked with each other. At the Digital Office Conference you can find out what such a digital workplace can look like and what needs to be considered when setting it up.
Intelligent automation
Let's be honest - who likes copying Excel lists from A to B or organizing their e-mail inbox? Thanks to intelligent automation and the use of bots in the office, such unpleasant activities could soon be a thing of the past. Robotic process automation or AI solutions for the inbox are no longer dreams of the future, but are often used in the digital office. In concrete use cases, we will show you which tasks can already be automated and what advantages this will bring for your organization.
Processes & Compliance
In the digital office, processes run digitally and free of media breaks in order to save time, money and nerves. Invoices can be processed conveniently with a click and contracts can be digitally signed. Of course, legal and company-internal requirements for the digitization of administration and office processes must be complied with. At the Conference, you will learn how a digital, rule-compliant process is designed and what needs to be considered.
transformation
Technology can be as good as it wants, it is important to understand the transformation holistically and to focus on people. But in order to exploit the full potential of the digital office and promote cultural change, you need a digital mindset. At the Conference, you will learn how your organization can create a culture of change that will make digitization projects sustainable.
