An integral part of the BVCA’s mission is to promote diversity, equity and inclusion within our industry and support firms to build inclusive environments in which everyone can thrive. The BVCA promotes the participation of people from all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders and sexual orientation including representation in investment and senior roles.
This event will address socio-economic diversity including hiring and retaining diverse talent and how to improve socio-economic diversity at senior levels in private capital. We will hear different perspectives, best practice and shared experiences through an expert panel discussion.
