As we enter a skills revolution in the face of the Age of Digital Disruption, HR and Benefits decision makers need to rethink employee benefits and recognition strategies to support these changes. Along with reskilling, technologies such as artificial intelligence will start to dramatically change employee benefits strategies during 2024.
In this webinar we will explore ways in which employers are rethinking how (and which benefits) can be used to support these digital changes, and ways in which recognition incentives are emerging as key tools to influence and embed new employee behaviours and skills.
The panel will also discuss how they see benefits processes changing in the face of rising use of data, generative AI, and what digitally influenced trends they expect to see playing through within the next 12 months.
Key issues to be explored
• Employee benefits most likely to change due to digitisation and the need to reskill
• Role of recognition platforms to spot skills that need updating, reset and embed new practices to adapt for an agile, sustainable future workforce
• Strategies for adapting incentive and benefits processes in to order to support the skills revolution
• Ways in which AI will be integrated into benefits and incentives practices and processes as part of the Age of Digital Disruption
• Using incentives to shift employee behaviours during a time of change
