Employers talk increasingly of the concept of “bring your whole self to work” and the importance of inclusivity and belonging. But do we still just see the ‘employee’ side, rather than the whole person with lives outside work when selecting employee benefits and wellbeing strategies? What are the pros and cons, to both the business and the people working there, of bringing whole selves to work?
This webinar will explore the key areas where employers are starting to embrace the ‘whole person’, from increasing workplace support of parents and carers through to groups who can feel excluded from the mainstream, be it by generation, ethnicity, gender, disability, neurodiversity, sexuality and so on. It will pick up on key areas of growth in employee benefits and wellbeing offerings that support greater belonging in the workplace.
The panel will discuss which wellbeing services and benefits genuinely encourage belonging and why this helps their organisations. We will also discuss which benefits decisions can (albeit inadvertently) undermine a sense of inclusivity and belonging.
