Environmental legislation and regulations are an important parameter in companies' environmental policy. High demands are placed on companies and authorities in relation to new legal provisions and guidelines both nationally and at European level. In addition to dealing with comprehensive and sometimes complex legislation, professionals are faced with new requirements to explain which world goals the company supports or how the company reports CO 2 footprints etc.
At this conference, you will get an update and overview of the latest developments in environmental law, including a review of the latest judgments and decisions as well as the status of the revision of the IE Directive (industrial emissions).
There will be a special theme regarding the handling of climate impacts and similar emissions in connection with the approval of plans and projects. There will also be a focus on the approval procedure in connection with companies changing their energy source.
As something new, at the Environmental Legislation conference you can also hear an exciting panel debate focusing on the environment, climate, green energy and whether these considerations are contradictory. The specialists take their point of departure from specific cases and challenges in the field.
