Mapping and surveying are basic activities to support the management of land and water. Having almost 200 years of experience with mapping and more than 100 years of land consolidation, the Netherlands offers an inspiring environment for this events. Not only the rural and urban environments show the important role our profession plays, but also the institutional and professional contexts are renowned for high-level standards.
It to be packed with discussion, debate, and directions – as we continue to renew, reimagine, and recommit to ensuring the relevance of cadastres and land management globally.

In addition, we've planned several social activities during de event. You can get on the bike to have an informal bike ride on Sunday afternoon, catch up at the bar on Sunday evening. Take a City Tour through lovely and historic Deventer city and visit a lot of highlights on Monday late afternoon. Have a 'borrel' at the Dabe Brewery during an informal lecture on Monday evening. There is an opportunity to try 'local borrel' at the venue on Tuesday afternoon. Enjoy te annual dinner-meeting on Tuesday evening and visit the Kadaster Museum on Wednesday in Arnhem or the new ITC building in Enschede.
