Finance Norway invites a seminar on key changes to the capital requirements regulation. The rate of change is still high in this field, and we have put together a professional interesting program. The seminar is aimed at bank managers and specialist professionals who want to keep up to date with developments within the capital requirements regulations.

It has been ten years since the financial crisis, but the banks' regulatory framework is still changing. In preparation for the EU's capital adequacy rules to be soon incorporated into the EEA Agreement, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has proposed important changes to Norwegian regulations. New Norwegian crisis management rules will soon come into force, including the introduction of a minimum requirement for capital and convertible debt - MREL. At the same time, EU rules for both capital requirements and crisis management are changing, and important political processes are currently under way. Eventually, new Basel standards for risk-bearing - referred to as Basel IV - will also be incorporated into the EU acquis.

The regulatory rate of change is therefore still high, and Finans Norge invites a capital requirement seminar. Here, both bank managers and specialist professionals will be given a good opportunity to keep up to date.
