Representing TTI/Vanguard member firm T-Systems MMS, Christoph Kögler will serve as host for a virtual field trip to Smart Systems Hub Germany, one of the government’s 12 digital hubs. This center of excellence places its focus on fostering IoT and IoT-enabling technologies by serving as a nucleus of collaboration for large companies, startups, and academic researchers.
This virtual field trip–startup forum will include a tour of the Dresden-based GlobalFoundries fab, and introduce the TTI/Vanguard community to two related firms: spinout Sensry, which facilitates design and production of IoT sensor modules, and Coderitter, a startup that has used Sensry for its edge sensor with onboard machine-learning capability.
Moreover, this Smart Systems Hub event will feature a trio of diverse startups under their umbrella: an additional IoT firm, IoT-Plan, which provides implementation support to municipal and industry customers; Evan, a blockchain-based transaction network for cross-industry B2B transactions; and Wandelbots, a robotics firm that democratizes the quick and accurate training of industrial automated machinery.
