The objective of this event is to provide practitioners with insights on all aspects of setting up trusts for Chinese nationals and to gain a better understanding of how to service the Chinese trust market.
Following an introduction by Maria McDermott, our Business Development Director, Asia, we are delighted that Jane Ren, partner with Fangda Partners in Shanghai, will present a detailed update on the China trust market, followed by a Q&A. Jane will discuss:
