As the nation struggles to recover from the COVID-19 crisis, the role of the public sector – which through regulation and oversight shapes more than 50 per cent of the Australian economy – is more important than ever before. We need government services that are relevant, efficient, connected and fit for purpose in a post-pandemic digital era in which technology, healthcare, workplaces and customer expectations have all been fundamentally transformed.
The Australian Financial Review Government Services Summit will be Australia’s most incisive exploration of service transformation across all levels of local, state and federal government. The event will bring together senior strategy, service delivery and technology executives from across public sector organisations, and will look at practical opportunities to create a new economy-wide approach to unified public services delivery.
