In this IIL joint property/LBIA lecture Damian Glynn and Steven Nock will present the results of the latest (fourth) CILA survey with regards to the adequacy of BI cover, and refresh relevant recommendations in the BI report published by CILA/IIL/CII in October 2012.

In presenting the latest survey results, there are unlikely to be many surprises for those involved in BI claims. It nevertheless remains important to provide evidence on the current state of affairs to support sensible change for the future.
