We live in a formidable time marked by the disruption in which information and communication technologies facilitate our daily life by accelerating exchanges. Yet we are also tormented by the potentially negative impacts of digital on the economy and by the transformation of our businesses in the medium and long term. This makes it more difficult to understand our strategic behaviors and decisions. For example, when robots are able to respond more quickly to e-mails and customer requests or to handle administrative or accounting tasks faster than an employee, should this be rewarded for productivity or on the contrary for employment?
