The Digital Insurer and ICLAM are partnering to produce concurrent sessions at this event, focussing on technology in the Medical, Underwriting and Claims domains.
ICLAM recognises the important role that technology is increasingly playing in all spheres of the insurance industry and TDI is honoured to have been asked to assist in designing and delivering these sessions. Hugh Terry and Andrew de Kock will be moderating panels which will explore the themes around how:
• Traditional medical services have been/are being redefined by technology
• The acquisition process is being improved through digital-first approaches and technology
• Claims processes are being disrupted with a much greater focus on claims prevention, alongside more digital claims processes that increase efficiency, allow management of the value chain and reduce fraud, waste & abuse
