The financial markets have the reputation of being predominantly male. The Paris Stock Exchange was only made accessible to women in April 1967. Many women nevertheless succeed in a brilliant career in finance, banking or in the economic sector. The "glass ceiling" did not resist their skills and qualities. Some of them do us the honor of coming to share their experience. They will talk about their motivations, the challenges they had to overcome and how they managed to impose themselves. They will explain if they had to face strong resistance or if they benefited from the benevolence of certain people in the context of their professional career. Finally,
