Ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Qatar made significant investments in cloud computing and other emerging technologies. Today, the country is looking to maintain its tech-enabled development momentum and focus steadfastly on its National Vision 2030 strategy. IDC forecasts that annual spending on AI-centric systems worldwide will surpass $300 billion by 2026, while ICT spending in Qatar will surpass $5.8 billion by 2024.
