With the vast majority of the population in developed countries fully vaccinated, many organizations are falling into the trap of resuming work like the “good old days” and expecting concerns about cybersecurity, employee engagement and innovation – just to name a few - belong to the past. Unfortunately, their efforts will be in vain, meaning their employees will leave the company. Like the virus, the world of work has mutated and changed forever.
"Adjust or die," says an old adage that has its roots in Darwinism. We are entering a new era that is fluid, fast moving and highly disruptive. Many incumbents will die because they are unable to transform, but many others will emerge and set the pace for the competition.
What will separate high-performing companies from those that aren't? High-performing companies function like a living organism, they are agile and adaptable to a fast-moving environment; they are tightly connected internally and externally to a rich ecosystem and are constantly changing to stay ahead of the competition (innovation). In addition, as the most important component, their employees are able to perform excellently in full orchestration with the overall construct.
We will have an important discussion on how companies are adapting to the changed framework conditions and how digital technologies need to be introduced into the work environment in order to make the workforce more efficient, more successful and above all happier - because this is the only way to keep up with the competition.
Core topics (subject to changes and additions):
• Strategic rethinking of workspaces: How much space? smart space?
• Flexible work styles and secure mobility
• Built-in security in the endpoints
• Solutions for team collaboration, content sharing - unified communications and AV solutions
• Office Productivity Suites
