With the fund location law, the new fund type of the open infrastructure special fund was introduced into the Capital Investment Code (KAGB) last year. With this, the legislator wants to expand the range of fund providers and provide a new fund vehicle for small investors to invest in infrastructure. The seminar provides an overview of the legal framework and picks out topics that are likely to be of particular importance in practice.
