The significant potential of generative AI within the banking sector is unquestionable. With advancements in technology, the focus shifts to how businesses will adopt it to enhance profitability. Is adopting a ‘wait and see’ approach adequate, or should banks explore the development of proprietary technology?
In today’s landscape, businesses and organizations are harnessing the transformative potential of generative AI across multiple domains, spanning from enhancing customer support to facilitating internal learning and aiding policy decision-making. However, amidst these opportunities lie significant risks that demand attention and mitigation strategies. Join us on a journey through the realm of generative AI, where we unveil both the promises and perils it presents.
The AI Center at the de Volksbank is exploring several use-cases within the bank to apply generative AI. During this talk I will share the progress on three of them. The use-cases will be explained shortly and examples of possibilities with current technology will be shown.
