This new interdisciplinary World Cup seminar brings together economic, technical and legal perspectives from experienced practitioners of legal advice, financial supervision and leading scientists to explore the framework for successful economic activity in the new technology-based environment. In particular, it analyzes whether the existing legal framework for the FinTech world is already able to offer appropriate solutions today and which adjustments may be necessary. to create investment products and to be able to control transactions with legal certainty.
