The pension sector faces a number of challenges but also opportunities. The proportion of senior citizens in Denmark is increasing at the same time as the desire for more possible withdrawal options. Customers are increasingly expecting their pension company to act and invest sustainably, ethically and profitably, while at the same time the market has low interest rates. The Danish FSA will take action against deficits on SUL. Customers want fast, easy and good customer service, as well as self-service options, which places demands on continuous digital improvement. All this and much more was focused.
Forsikring & Pension and the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority opened the conference with the most important current pension policy issues, including climate risks & sustainability, interventions against deficits on health and accident insurance and provisions.
