Loan Review Department Managers Forum is a peer event that provides loan review professionals an opportunity to discuss issues related to structuring, organizing, and effectively managing the loan review function. The issues will be determined by the participants in open round table discussions. The forum will feature facilitator-led open group discussions, small breakout groups that will delve deeper into issues of specific interest, and the opportunity to meet with a senior member of one of the industry regulatory agencies. The presentations and discussions will cover topics related to commercial loan portfolios and the loan review function. The forum presents a unique opportunity for participants to meet and discuss common challenges with their peers and to identify best practices they can take back to their institution.

This forum is of particular value to loan review staff at community and regional banks generally with assets sizes under $20 billion. Many participants find value in the problem-solving techniques discussed by their peers— regardless of the size of the particular bank.
