Condo lending is more complex than single family lending and demands specialization by mortgage lenders since not only potential borrowers and units but whole projects must be assessed. This workshop is intended to bring together the strategic leaders and managers of condo lending and project approval groups with other experts, including government agency and GSE leadership.
