To make this a reality, women from all walks of life should have equal access to the right connections and knowledge to step into leadership roles. It’s also important to have a tech community that understands and supports the idea of the importance of a varied array of leadership in the tech world.

In line with this goal, we’ve introduced this conference, a fresh initiative aimed at fostering allies, offering mentorship, backing women-led businesses, educating the tech sector, and providing support for women in tech.

We’ll be discussing the topics that matter most to the community right now, and opening the stage to allies, mentors guides and champions – willing to offer practical support to attendees.

Why is this confernce different?
Because our content is targeted towards everyone who believes that the tech industry requires more diversification if it is to deliver fantastic products tailored to everyone. That includes women aspiring to be in leadership roles, women in leadership roles, and male allies who support our goals. Driven by the same team who bring you Manchester Tech Festival, we also promise that the conference will be raw, authentic and unapologetically honest – with no topic out of bounds.

What to Expect:

• Alongside the main stage, you will have the opportunity to get hands on in a number of workshops that delve deeper into some of the conferences most important topics.
