Advisors attending the D.C. Fly-In Forum are specialists in the employer-sponsored retirement plan industry. We invite advisors to apply who meet all of the following requirements:
• Hold a NAPA membership in good standing
• Manage at least $100M in plan assets
• Provide service to at least 10 retirement plans, representing a total of at least 2,000 participants
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the employer-sponsored retirement plan industry

Approved advisor delegates have the opportunity to bring a junior advisor to the event. The junior advisor must be an individual already working in the retirement plan space that would benefit from the experience, and who is ready for an expanded level of involvement in the industry. The senior advisor-delegate must accompany the junior advisor to the NAPA D.C. Fly-In Forum and to the March on Capitol Hill.
