HFAs and their stakeholders need to make their presence and priorities known at this potentially pivotal moment for housing policy as Congress considers how to modify Build Back Better legislation or enact some of its components in other legislation, what to include in FY 2022 funding bills for affordable housing and other government programs, and whether to advance other key affordable housing priorities this year.

During the conference, key members of Congress and their staffs, senior federal officials, and respected industry leaders will survey our current legislative and political environment, describe their affordable housing priorities, and outline the legislative and regulatory agenda for the rest of the year.
