ISDA has making a significant step forward in the transition to digital documentation.
The 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions (“2021 Definitions”) is published as ISDA's first digital definition collection and can be accessed from ISDA's new electronic documentation platform, My Library.
The digital format greatly improves the efficiency of market participants' use of definition collections, reducing complexity and risk of error. In this conference, we will also explain the introduction status since October last year and the changes in the new version (V5) scheduled to be announced on March 25.
