Confirming the increased and more sophisticated cybersecurity risks to which one can be exposed, the EU Commission just announced of a “European Cyber Shield”. This project will however only complete an existing set of rules, recently updated or adopted, which include in particular the NIS 2 directive and the Digital Operational Resilience Act. Financial institutions and their providers may be subject to both European and local requirements which will have to be reflected in their operational and contractual arrangements. During this webinar, we propose discussing the legal landscape, the actual technical and prudential risks and options to address it.
