Welcome to the Colorado Real Estate Real Journal’s website. Publisher Jon Stern launched Colorado Real Estate Journal, Colorado’s only commercial real estate newspaper, in 1992.

Today, CREJ publishes more than 80 pages of content twice a month. Its in-depth coverage of the industry includes Office & Industrial Properties Quarterly, Multifamily Properties Quarterly, Retail Properties Quarterly, Health Care & Senior Housing Quarterly, Property Management Quarterly, and Building Dialogue magazine. These quarterly publications are mailed with Colorado Real Estate Journal’s print edition and digital editions of each publication are also available online.
