Operational Risk Management Forum is a meeting designed for Operational Risk/Enterprise Risk SMEs from 1st line of defense and 2nd line of defense, who are responsible for operational risk management and measurement.

This meeting is designed for financial institutions with asset sizes between $10• $60B, especially those with total consolidated assets nearing $50B threshold (due to natural grow, or due to M&A). During this meeting, you will have an opportunity to connect with peers and prepare for smooth transition and help you meet the heightened regulatory standards.

RMA Forum, similarly, to RMA roundtable meetings provide an exceptional opportunity for you to meet with your peers from other financial institutions. While RMA’s roundtables are primarily targeted to Chiefs, Directors, and Senior Managers, the Forums are designed to engage the next, rising professional – such as new managers and climbing, senior single contributors – as they enhance and refine their skillsets.

This one-day event brings discussion of managing emerging risks and ideas to advance operational risk management through peer-sharing and through guest speakers who are subject matter experts. Participants will network and engage with their peers in similar institutions while being energized to solve tomorrow’s challenges.

Learning Objectives:
