The conference theme will be Growing Trust for Greater Impact. The Humentum Annual Conference is an exclusive, members-only event. One of the largest gatherings worldwide of professionals in the international relief and development NGO community.
This year's conference will be divided into five tracks that match our four core competenices plus a fifth one for NGO leaders: Compliance & Risk, Financial Management, HR & Learning, Program Management, and Leadership.
We are seeking sessions that will help others achieve excellence in their work, overcome a challenge, prepare for the future, or showcase the positive impact of integrating operations areas across functions. Learner-focused sessions (case studies, facilitated discussions, skills-building, participatory activities) are preferred.
