The factors influencing overall bank management are on the move like never before: companies and markets are undergoing a profound transformation. The obligation to carry out a comprehensive reassessment of geopolitical orientation is only the most recent challenge. At the same time, after years of stability, the signs of inflation and interest rates are changing – in an uncertain environment that does not allow for long-term trend forecasts. The major task of ESG transformation almost fades into the background, especially since energy issues are being discussed in a completely new way. Last but not least, many banks are also in the middle of a technology transformation in their control areas. This raises the question: Can machine learning and AI now provide real benefits here?

The all-day specialist event on the campus of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management has established itself as a high-level discussion platform: Senior finance and risk managers from all German-speaking countries find out here about current factors influencing overall bank management and about possible solutions in other institutions. At the same time, the event offers excellent opportunities for collegial exchange between banks, supervisors and academia.

Inform and collegial exchange about the following questions:
• Exogenous shocks: How does overall bank management deal with them?
• Environmental and climate protection: How does the ECB define the role of the banks?
• ESG integration: what strategic options does the financial sector have?
• Innovation & Transformation: What does this mean for overall bank management?
• Geopolitics, turnaround in interest rates, "greenflation": How are current macro trends changing the future of the banking sector?
• ML and AI models in risk & finance: where are efficiency and returns?
• ECB climate stress test: what can be learned from the current implementation?
• Finance/controlling in a crisis environment: Which core competencies and strategies are critical to success?
