Many leadership development programs focus on your employees’ personal growth, but by only examining leadership concepts and how they apply to one individual in one sitting, your employees will only ever learn through a small window.

That’s what we call one-dimensional leadership training.

But, what if you could expand that window? What if they could learn, not only from their experiences as a leader and from leadership experts, but also from their peers? What if they could learn, not just from a book, but from real-life situations? What if they could not just learn and implement in one sitting, but be part of an extended program where they could study, implement, revise and repeat?

This is the multi-dimensional leadership training model offered by the PA Bankers Leadership Institute.

Through six 2-day sessions over a period of a year and a half, your employees can learn from banking leadership experts, examine the cultural success stories and secrets from Fortune 500 companies, and read award-winning leadership books. They can go “behind the curtain” to examine the success that comes from a strong organizational culture, and assess how it relates to performance, leadership, engagement and communication to get results specifically for your bank and its employees.

But, the best lessons will come from each other, as they are paired with their peers for co-learning experiences, networking and socialization. Your employees will take what they have learned from each session back to your organization to troubleshoot issues, reflect on successes and failures, and strengthen their position. Each session will build on the next, leaving them with tested, implementable leadership strategies and a personalized, results-driven Leadership Action Plan.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
C-SUITE EXECUTIVES, MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS OR DEPARTMENT HEADS WHO:
• Are future or current leaders of the bank;
• Determine or implement bank-wide strategy and develop operations and/or oversee people who do;
