The COVID-19 pandemic has been filled with many new challenges and legal requirements for plan sponsors, vendors, and benefits practitioners. As we emerge from the pandemic, this program will review the benefit plan requirements and obligations that have gone into effect over the last 15-18 months, other benefit plan issues that have arisen over this timeframe, and a discussion of lasting implications and long-term changes to benefit plans related to the pandemic.
