The telecommunications sector is facing numerous important decisions. At the same time, the legal framework that came into force at the end of 2021 is now being increasingly fleshed out and further developed by regulatory practice and the courts. In addition, the German legislature has already introduced a first, smaller amendment to the new TKG. In this webinar, the speakers will shed light on the latest developments in the economic and legal framework of the telecommunications sector. Following on from last year's basic seminar series, career starters, but also practitioners with professional experience in companies, authorities and courts as well as from the legal profession, receive a compact “update”, particularly on developments over the last twelve months. The participants are thus informed in a targeted manner and brought up to date without unnecessary ballast.
