Details

This event is the annual gathering of professional services staff working in, and for, UK business schools. The conference is a wonderfully supportive environment and a unique opportunity for the community to come together to reflect on common challenges, share best practice and develop new networks.

The blended format is an exciting innovation for 2022. Designed to improve the inclusivity and sustainability of the conference this new format enables:

Senior professional services staff to come together in-person for strategic discussion about the role professional services play in delivering business school strategy in 2022 and beyond
• Professional services staff at all levels to take part in a range of developmental online sessions that will enhance knowledge and improve skills and competences

Join us in-person and online to explore:
• The contribution of professional services teams to the development of hybrid and blended learning and the evolution of business and management education
• How business schools are improving diversity, recruiting more minority ethnic staff; and supporting underrepresented and disadvantaged staff into leadership positions
• The evolving role of business school professional services teams in research commercialisation, knowledge exchange, corporate engagement, and business development
• How to nurture the key skills and competencies that are needed by professional services staff to enable business schools to fulfil their vision and mission in 2022 and beyond
• Climate action in business schools and the opportunities for professional services staff to make a tangible contribution to their institution’s environmental sustainability ambitions
• The ways in which staff health and wellbeing principles, policies and practices need to evolve so that professional services staff are supported effectively over the long term
