We are in the final stages of Section 2b UStG. And there have also been numerous changes and approaches to defense and structuring advice in income tax, for example with regard to tax deposit accounts, capital gains tax and non-profit status of the public sector. Customs and foreign trade law is also playing an increasingly important role for the public sector.
