What can be expected on the real estate market of EMN and the city of Nuremberg?
The interest of institutional and private investors in B-locations is constantly increasing. The market report of the city of Nuremberg in 2020 comes to an investment volume of over 1.56 billion euros, which is above the average of the five previous years. The feared drop in demand for office properties cannot be seen here. Can we even expect the market to be saturated? As expected, the demand for hotels and retail properties collapsed. Nevertheless, the Immoscout24 portal noticed a renewed interest in retail space in the spring of 2021. Large residential portfolios are meeting with even greater demand. In 2020, every third euro was invested in living in Nuremberg.
