The workplace continues to undergo phenomenal change. Growing employee expectations are driving employers to hyperfocus on creating better places to work with the employee experience and employee welfare at the heart of reward & wellbeing strategies.

Employee wellbeing remains front and centre of these strategies; positively impacting talent, careers and life stages. This is especially vital during an economic recession where the risks of quiet quitting, skills shortages and serious financial stressors on workers could hold back business potential and growth.

With this backdrop, the event was exceptionally well attended in 2023. We had a record turnout of delegates, speakers and exhibiting companies too. They’ve since told us it was REBA’s best event yet and that they’d been able to learn what’s new in the market, discover new suppliers and connect with existing ones and enjoy peer-to-peer exchange in the various facilitated networking opportunities.

It was a great success and we’re excited now to prepare for the 2024 event, which we will make even better!
