What is "DevOps" anyway? As with any of these major shifts, DevOps is about people, process, and technology - in that order. We often talk about the technologies, but leave out the cultural and procedural changes that are every bit as important to the outcome of our endeavors.
In this talk, we will discuss what DevOps is, what it is not, and what kind of cultural and procedural adjustments are necessary in order to fully realize the power and agility this transformation can offer.
Food will be set out buffet-style at noon, beer included. The presentation will begin at 12:30. Presentations typically run 30-40 minutes.
