At this conference we will examine the current and future market environment and the current digital challenges facing banks and financial service providers. We also present the annual retail banking study. This analyzes the core business of banking from various perspectives.

What is the content of the conference?
All practitioners are cordially invited to actively experience this conference. At this half-day event, we will provide you with information on how the various competitors in retail banking in Switzerland are developing, which financial service offerings and developments from abroad are also of interest to the Swiss banking landscape and which digital solution approaches are being discussed in the prevailing market environment. Respected personalities from the banking and finance sector will give exciting presentations on relevant developments in retail banking. In addition, we present the results of the IFZ Retail Banking Study on various topics related to retail banking.

As usual, the study examines the core business of Swiss-oriented banks from a number of perspectives. In this year's version of the study, we show which touchpoints are relevant for banks today and in five years, how the sourcing market in Switzerland has developed, which banks currently have which market shares in the mortgage market per canton, which bank has the most from the point of view of the key figures best in Switzerland and what corporate governance is like in banking.
