This is a series of ½ day events that are specifically designed for tactical and functional heads representing the UK’s top retail brands. According to ESW’s ‘Global Voices: 2022’ survey of more than 14,000 consumers, DTC hit 17% YOY Growth in 2021 which marks a shift change in consumer buying behaviour.
New channels such as social commerce, mobile commerce and marketplaces are offering the chance to meet customers where they are and cross borders into new international markets. Those who succeed in servicing and accelerating DTC channels will capture consumers with a focus on frictionless service.
This event will bring together a select group of brands who are taking their 1st, 2nd or 3rd steps in adding DTC to their existing channels. Attendees will exchange ideas and assess where the growth opportunity of DTC, while meeting suppliers who can take your product from basket to customer with the least amount of friction.

The Process
Each event has a clear theme that is aligned to a specific business function or challenge. As part of our buyer onboarding we request that you only attend if you hold direct or indirect procurement responsibility for solutions relating to DTC strategy.
All buyer and supplier guests will have the chance to meet in a 10 minute 121 meeting, with each party receiving thorough briefing notes 1 week prior to the event and a bespoke meeting schedule.
